"When people talk about 'records' I usually picture a piece of vinyl or an mp3 on my desktop. I tend to forget records are in fact, just that. Documents. Artefacts depicting how we saw the world at one moment in time. Our feelings may change but perhaps they will ring true for another listener at some point.

In a bathroom somewhere in Dalston, I mumbled the lyrics to Deathwish into my phone. That was how I saw the world at that moment. The futility and the romance of nightlife.
