Simple Minds - Honest Town

오랜세월동안 우리에게 이름 만큼이나 심플한 음악을 선물해주는 스코틀랜드 출신의 얼터너티브 록밴드 심플 마인즈의 새로운 싱글곡 Honest Town의 뮤직비디오가 공개되었다. 5년만에 공개되는 심플 마인즈의 새로운 앨범 Big Music에서 가져온 두번째 싱글곡으로 확인된 Honest Town은 선 공개된 싱글곡 Blindfolded와 함께 역사적인 이번앨범에 수록된 것으로 확인되었다. 스탠다드와 디럭스 두가지 버젼으로 출시될 이번 앨범에는 총 25개(디럭스 기준)의 새로운 트랙이 수록된 것으로 확인되었다. 포스트 펑크와 아크 록의 지평을 열어준 관록의 밴드 심플 마인즈의 신보 소식을 접하고 갑자기 U2의 근황도 궁금해진다. 

‘Honest Town’ is directed by Giorgio Testi and taken from Simple Minds forthcoming album 'BIG MUSIC' out on November 3rd. 

Big Music is the band’s first album in five years and they will embark on a major UK & European tour in 2015.
