P-Type made the grounds of hip-hop scene with GARION and VerbalJint. From the day he held the mike, it’s already been 16 years and before releasing his 4th regular album, he is showing the pre-opening single ‘Gwanghwamun’.
‘Gwanghwamun’ is a song that talks about Gwanghamun and Jongno where P-Type spent most of his teenage life and 20s. It goes beyond a simple remembrance but it talks about stranger living in the specific time and space, and self-reflection of himself at the moment.

ガリオン、ババルジントなどと一緒に韓国ヒップホップシーンの礎を築いてきたP-Type。初めてマイクを握った日から今年で16年目を迎えるP-Typeが、4thフル アルバムのリリースに先立ち先行公開シングル「光化門」を公開する。
「光化門」は P-Type本人が10〜20代のほとんどを過ごした場所である光化門と鐘路の感慨を表現した曲で、単純な回想を越えて、特定の空間と時間を一緒に生きていく他者、そして 自分の現在の姿に対する冷静な省察を表わしている。
