Something new is cooking in the French musical universe !
An atypical eccentric artist from Saint Barth is here to fire up the dancefloors.

Grégory Gumbs is only 23, and already has quite some experience.

Real tennis prodigy, he starts a professional tennis career early on, and cumulates titles, making his way to the top to number 2 in french national tennis league and playing with the heist ranging worldwide.

Gums (his nickname, easier to pronounce than his family name Gumbs) persues his career in Maimi and tours the world many times over, which enriches him in different cultures.
Parallel to tennis, music has never left him ! As a teen, he was doing Freestyle Dance Hall in the streets of Saint Barth. He cues up for hours in front of studios to try and lay down his voice as solo or with local artists. So naturally, Gums gets close to the Jamaïcan culture and makes Kingston his landing point between tennis competitions.

But it's in a sporting goods shop that Gums' destiny will be turned upside down. He meets producer Cutee B (Bob Sinclar's hit maker) who decides, the first time he hears Gums' music, to take him under his wing. A few work filled weeks later, this collaboration gives birth to an album named "Sunshine"

At the crossroad of genres, between House and Dance Hall, this album is truely a bridge between cultures, an optimist opus full of sunshine !

The first single is « Don't Give Up » and fully reflects the album's colors. Gums' singing is like his own personality, open, warm and generous.

« Sunshine » is an enthusiastic, dancing and avant-garde album. Gums himself says he feels like he's already in 2050, and there's a fair chance we'll still be dancing to his music until then, too.
